Overbrook City Council will hold a Public Hearing at 7PM at City Hall on April 28th regarding the possible adoption of the Osage County Neighborhood Revitalization Program. The Public is invited to attend. Here are the details on the County Plan:
OSAGE COUNTY NEIGHBORHOOD REVITALIZATION PROGRAM
(PROGRAM BEGINS JUNE 1, 2022)
The primary intent of the Kansas Neighborhood Revitalization Act is to provide communities with a long-term increase and stabilization in their property tax base by encouraging the rehabilitation or new construction which may not otherwise have occurred.
