Procedures & Fines
The City of Overbrook's Municipal Court is a division of the Finance Department. The division maintains and enhances the highest quality of judicial service as a neutral entity, serving all parties in each case equally, fairly and courteously.
Traffic, misdemeanor and code violations of the City of Overbrook are handled through the Municipal court.
Municipal Court is held on the 2nd Thursday of every Month at Overbrook City Hall at 6:30pm.
The City of Overbrook, Kansas court docket is the schedule of the court. Defendants will be expected to adhere to the procedures and protocol of the court at all times, including proper attire.
All mobile devices, including phones, must be turned off. Photography and audio recordings are prohibited. No food or drink will be allowed in the court room at any time.
