CITY OF OVERBROOK, KANSAS PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION

Notice is hereby given that the City of Overbrook Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, October 20, 2026, at 6:00 pm, at Overbrook City Hall, 401 Maple Street, Overbrook, Kansas, to consider proposed zoning changes for the following properties:
- 208 Market Street and 210 Market Street, Overbrook, Kansas, proposed to be rezoned from Commercial to Public Use.
- 207 West 8th Street, Overbrook, Kansas, proposed to be rezoned from Public Use to Commercial.
The purpose of the public hearing is to provide interested property owners, residents, and other members of the public an opportunity to be heard regarding the proposed zoning changes.
All interested persons are invited to attend the public hearing and provide comments regarding the proposed rezoning.
